Supporting Inclusion through Reading

Many of us found comfort during the pandemic in good books.  The libraries turned to Zoom to partner with colleagues across campus to provide discussion around some great titles focusing on inclusion.

We partnered with the Margaret Cuninggim Women’s Center  to discuss Madeline Miller’s Circe.

We partnered with Peabody College to celebrate and discuss the publication of I’ll Take You There: Exploring Nashville’s Social Justice Sites, co-edited by Amie Thurber and Learotha Williams, Jr.

We met to discuss Maya Angelou’s iconic I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings.
